Level of Motivation Among Primary School Teachers Conducting Online Learning in COVID-19 Era

Stake holders in education globally are certainly affected during this trying Covid-19 crisis. Students, parents, administrators, teachers, and community members general still figuring out best ways to adopt adapt themselves unanticipated era. Teachers most of all face a challenging task planning executing lessons through mediums that both they students could mutually access via digital platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams Meet just name few. These some the common utilised by Malaysian teachers as well. Very few see importance teacher motivation relation productivity meaningful learning. This study explores level amongst primary school conducting remote online learning Putrajaya, Malaysia COVID-19 Pandemic. Data was collected surveys from 272 various subjects schools. From data collected, descriptive inferential analysis conducted. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 is used analyze data. The findings revealed intrinsic Primary School Putrajaya when teaching high, while extrinsic found be at moderate level. concluded very motivated intrinsically exceptionally confident earnest. However, need further with higher income compensate effort work hours spent betterment students.
